Sathswa – Returns & Exchanges
At Sathswa, every piece is thoughtfully crafted, blending Indian textiles with modern design.
As a mindful and limited-production brand, we follow a considered return and exchange policy.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges to help you find the right fit or style.
- Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags
- Exchanges are subject to availability
Shipping:
All reverse shipping and re-delivery charges are borne by the customer
Returns (Only in Exceptional Cases)
Returns are accepted only if:
- You receive a damaged product, or
- You receive an incorrect item
Important:
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- You must share clear images/videos, including:
- Package opening video
- Packaging condition
- Product damage/issue
Return Process
- Email us at contact@sathswa.com with:
- Order ID
- Issue details
- Images/videos as proof
- Wait for approval from our team
- Once your return request is approved:
- A pickup will be arranged by our team
- Our delivery partner will collect the product from your address
- After we receive the product:
- It will undergo a thorough quality check
- If it meets all return guidelines, we will proceed with exchange or store credit
Reverse Pickup
- Pickup will be arranged by Sathswa for all approved returns
- Pickup charges will be borne by the customer
- Charges may be:
- Collected upfront, or
- Adjusted against store credit/refund
Store Credit & Refunds
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit, valid for 3 months
- Refunds to the original payment method will be processed only if a replacement is not available
Non-Returnable Items
- Made-to-order or customized products
- Sale or discounted items
- Products that show signs of use or damage after delivery
A Note on Craft & Fabric
Our garments are created using carefully sourced fabrics.
Slight variations in color, texture, or weave are natural and part of the uniqueness of each piece — not defects.
Shipping Responsibility
Sathswa will handle the return pickup for approved requests.
Customers must ensure the product is safely packed before handover.
